The Director General of the Burkinabe Shippers Council (CBS) reminds shipowners, importers, exporters, freight forwarders, consignees and freight forwarders that the Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (BESC) is required for all goods from Burkina Faso, in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of joint order number 2009_0012
